CREAM Certification Service (CCS) is a unit which manages the product certification function of Construction Research Institute of Malaysia (CREAM). The Standards Malaysia has accredited CREAM as a Certification Body (CB) in compliance with International Standard ISO/IEC 17065.

CREAM provides product certification services for building and construction materials listed in the Fourth Schedule Act 520 CIDB (Amendment 2011). These services help the Malaysian construction industry players in fulfilling Certificate of Approval (COA) and Perakuan Pematuhan Standard (PPS) requirements by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).
