Assessment & Certification
CREAM has established Product Certification services through CREAM Certification Services (CCS) for building materials and products in general and in particular building materials in the Fourth Schedule of the Construction Industry Development Board. .
Forensic
As of December 2016, MKRM-CREAM has been involved with CIDB to assist in investigation and enforcement activities which requires collaboration with local University and Industry experts lead by CREAM’s Technical Advisor, Ir. Dr. Zuhairi Abd. Hamid. .
Inspection & Sampling
With an experience of about 10 years, with inspection and sampling activities conducted at warehouses, factories and points of entries locally and abroad, MKRM-CREAM has conducted over 300 inspection and sampling activities to date. .
