As of December 2016, MKRM-CREAM has been involved with CIDB to assist in investigation and enforcement activities which requires collaboration with local University and Industry experts lead by CREAM’s Technical Advisor, Ir. Dr. Zuhairi Abd. Hamid.

CREAM’s forensic team is supported by our extensive range of laboratory equipment's suited for the construction industry in line with CIDB Fourth Schedule under act 520(Amendment 2011) which gives CIDB the authority to control and regulate the quality of construction materials produced locally or imported through certification process.
